Good morning Faithful Catholics,
I have been praying at home, fasting, driving out of state, kneeling in streets, adoring the Blessed Sacrament through the walls of the churches, praying rosaries at every church in the diocese to expel the devil from God's grounds and attending Mass in the doorways of churches since this all started. I for one have been DONE for a long time with the lies, and the cowardice of the church and civil leaders, and will no longer take it. Everyone keeps asking 'What can we do? What can we do?' Well, we were instructed long ago by St. Paul in Ephesians 6:11-18:
Put on the armor of God so that you may be able to stand firm against the tactics of the devil. For our struggle is not with flesh and blood but with principalities, with the powers, with the world rulers of this present darkness, with the evil spirits in the heavens. Therefore, put on the armor of God, that you may be able to resist on the evil day and, having done everything, to hold your ground. So stand fast with your loins girded in truth, clothed with righteousness as a breastplate, and your feet shod in readiness for the gospel of peace. In all circumstances, hold faith as a shield, to quench all the flaming arrows of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. With all prayer and supplication, pray at every opportunity in the Spirit.
My suggestions are simple. We either pick a Sunday, post it for all to join in and make very public that we will no longer accept the communist boot upon our faces. Or we can just start tomorrow, by going to Mass and refusing to cooperate with these draconian mandates, which have been declared unconstitutional in multiple state supreme courts already. If we pick a day, we can post it on this website and others, and get the large majority of people who agree, but are afraid to stand up on their own, to join in. We can also pick a few selected churches, to ensure the numbers are strong enough. Until we band together, and fight for Our right to Our Lord, UNRESTRICTED, we will be shackled forever!
In anticipation of the concerns WE ALL FEEL:
1: Yes-the bishop may retaliate by threatening or actually shutting things down again-WELL he is probably going to do it anyways. We have already been trained in the last round how to deal with it. Get your contingency plan together now, including picking your out of state churches, as we have done since March.
2: Many have children, and are concerned for their safety-I do as well, and agree this is a legit concern. There is no greater lesson we can teach our children, than to firght the good fight. The ONLY good worth fighting for God and the Freedoms HE has given us! Options are to have one spouse go to Battle for God, and the other stay to protect the kids at home, Any child old enough, brave enough, and willing enough should be ENCOURAGED to stand up for Our Lord and the Freedom HE gave us.
3: We may, in all the churches, get turned away, asked to leave, heckled, ridiculed, and even demeaned by our priests, deacons, and fellow parishioners, as the beautiful family up north did. Though this may likely be so, and the aspect most of us are afraid of, hold fast to the heavenly rewards you will be granted by God, for standing for Him, and not the tyranny of the devil.
4: Maybe consider holding back a bit of your regular donation to the bishops abortion and BLM fund, so you can chip in for bail money in case a pastor or two is really enjoying their power grab. ( I am only half-joking on this point).
My friends and family, I am scared to. I am hurt, betrayed, angry, indignant, frustrated, disgusted, and completely humiliated. And yet, NONE of this, can in any way, even come CLOSE to the suffering and indignities that Our Dear Jesus suffered. Not to mention the unbearable sufferings of Our Holy Mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary. Look at His wounds as He hangs on the crucifix, that I know you have on your wall. Look at the face of Most Holy Mother, weeping as she holds the lifeless body of her Divine Son. How can we be afraid of someone calling us a nasty name and asking us to walk back out of the church? Give Our Lord the most profound bow in the Tabernacle, beg His forgiveness, walk out of the church and kneel on the pavement outside, in the cold and driving wind, and pray 'Our help is in the name of the Lord, Who made Heaven and Earth'.
This is my honest and truthful assessment of the situation. I have been to some of these nations destroyed by communism. NOT EVER IN MY COUNTRY! I am able and willing-are you?
St Michael, the Archangel-Pray for us! May God Bless and protect us all.
