On May 1, hundreds of people gathered in Lisbon for May Day protests.
How nice. All social-distancy and stuff.
Meanwhile, in Fatima, the Portuguese Bishops...NOT the government...have decided to ensure that such a dangerous gathering doesn't take place there this week. So they've called in the military to keep people out.
So I guess the lesson to be learned here is that Social distancing is good enough for socialists who want to protest against the government, but not for Catholics who want to pray for the intercession of Our Lady.
I'd like to invite all of you to make reparation to Our Lord and Our Lady for this insult by organizing the biggest Fatima Procession you are able to muster this Wednesday. Even if that just means that your family takes your statue of Mary and walks around the block...
